Thomas Kinkade Scored Panel Technique

Hi everyone,

Today Kristine is back with  another tutorial to share a fun way to use your Thomas Kinkade Stamps and get results that you will LOVE!
If you haven't checked out her other Thomas Kinkade tutorial's you can check them out HERE.  In 2013, I hope to continue to bring you one TK Tutorial per month.

Today's tutorial is the Scored Panel Technique.

I started with a panel of white cardstock which I scored at one inch intervals horizontally and vertically to create a checkerboard pattern.

Then I inked up "It Doesn't Get Much Better Than This" with Color Box Olive Pastel Chalk ink and stamped it on the grid panel.  The ink was still wet when I took this picture.

After the ink dried I trimmed the image and created this card.

Here's another card I made with this technique using "The Light of Peace" and Blue Lagoon Fluid Chalk ink.

Frances posted a TK card with this technique using Guardian Castle on her blog a couple of weeks ago that you can see HERE.

I hope this helped you to see another fabulous way to use your Thomas Kinkade Stamps!

Wowzers, how have I not ever seen this technique? I LOVE these tiles - looks very easy to do, too. Thank you for the inspiration!
